ULFIT OR FLX HIFU

Non surgical lifting of the SMAS layer.

A popular non-invasive treatment to tighten and naturally lift the deeper foundations of the skin, and tighten the contours, HIFU targets the same dermal layers as a surgical facelift, and can achieve dramatic, yet natural results, depending on the knowledge of the user, and the condition of the tissue.

There are many variables to consider when choosing your HIFU professional, and what we’re seeing in a flooded market of providers, is that it’s a latest trending treatment, and used with little consideration into the layers of tissue, conditions of the layers, the role of the layers, and then, the individual variable specifications of the treatment, and how they apply to each individual layer, with the ‘trending’ treatment providing limited results when done in template form.

HIFU can be varied based on ‘shot’ numbers, but there’s more detail to consider, there’s the pitch and concentration per shot, there's the positioning and power of the shot, and then there’s the multi layer positioning consideration.

To add to that, HIFU works on the lift and the tighten, which is the ‘wrap’ on top of structural ecosystems, and requires a form and structure to position well, something not often taken into consideration, for something more structural, and for volume, look to our DMT treatment.

To dive deeper, HIFU also comes in many different forms, macro, micro, singular, cubic, line, the list goes on, and to put the importance of this detail into perspective, too little concentration can cause as much havoc on the tissue as too much detail.

The variable details can also cause a lift, tighten, natural volume, increase or reduction in tissue, so it’s important to pick someone based on your needs, but also who has a knowledge of technical detail and tissue.

This is why, we can only give guide pricing, as it will very much depend on what area, what layers, and the detail and concentration per layer, the number of shots, the condition of tissue.

As a guide:

A face can be assumed to be approximately A4 in size.

An A4 treatment size can vary from $349 to $2500 in price, per treatment, remembering there’s different layers, concentration and detail per layer to consider.

Some will require one treatment, others multi stage sectional, and others more than one, it really depends on the tissue, the specific detailing, and the result desired.

Yes, a regenerative effect can happen, but it’s upto your tissue and treatment detail, to guide the regen, and progressive result, with some continuing upto 3+ years, others 6 months, others 18+ months - it’s a treatment really dependent on the knowledge of the user.

As for the body, a different form of HIFU is used, with different spec capabilities, due to the changing tissue needs of each area.
