Payment Terms

Payment is due and payable at your appointment on completion of your treatment on the day, and we absorb the costs of the local transaction and the cost of managing your appointment. Payment plan options are available, and detailed below.

Each time you book an appointment, there's administration costs and general running and preparation costs, so please consider that when you need to commit and/or reschedule - this is why we have a 24 hour cancellation policy, to try to recoup the costs with someone else taking your appointment. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will likely be billed the treatment cost if there was full prep required, or a $150 cancellation fee to cover general costs. Of course, we are fair, and in those times we need to reschedule due to illness within the time period, we'll credit you to allow late cancellations in the future.

There are no refunds or complaints accepted beyond 7 days of appointment / treatment or product dispatch date, and if in the case you have a concern, and discuss it with us within that time, we'll happily work with you to resolve it.

On the day

Credit card and cash (no change, only file credit) is available. 

Interest Free Credit Cards

There are numerous interest free credit card options available, simply complete a Google search to find them.

Medi Pay

We partner with Medi-Pay as a finance solution provider for our treatment journeys. They offer flexible financing specific to your needs. Please see www.medipay.com.au for more information. Pre-approval of funding is required prior to your appointment.

Zip Pay

We offer Zip Pay as an option for payment. Please note, there is a 5% administration fee associated with using Zip with our services. 

Pay ID Account

We offer short term account solutions for treatments, including 14,30,60,90 day accounts, depending on your treatment/s - straight to our account via Pay ID 0410 899 832. This come with default fees like any other loan. You'll need to be able to pay a minimum $100 weekly, and be responsible for being on time with payments. Any missed or default payments will result in the entire loan amount being due immediately, and when we have to chase you for your account, there is a $50 weekly administration fee, in addition to a 5% monthly (variable due to inflation) interest on the due balance. If we feel you are not being proactive with your account, we will refer your balance to our legal team, and you will be required to pay for our costs in recouping payment from you. 

The account must be paid in line with your treatment journey, with accounts finalised before the next appointment - there is no long term accrual option.
